I have ME and was looking for something to help me to minimise the time I am awake for throughout the night. I have been using the snooze band for a few weeks now and have noticed I wake up less and when I do wake up, I love that I just have to press a button on the band to play my chosen sound/music/book. I don't have to pick up my phone at all! No distractions, no notifications! My mind stays clear and I don't even have to remove the band. It stays on better than my old silk face mask and is really comfortable. Before getting the Snooze Band I would move rooms, disrupting my partners sleep, to go into another room when I woke up and no longer have to do that. I can do my morning meditations with it without waking him up as it links to spotify/audible too. I bought one for my Dad for Christmas who also has ME as it has been a real game changer for me!
Waking in the night and unable to get back off to sleep is a thing of the past. I pop my Snoozeband on, listening to something soothing and I’m away 💤
i like the fact that it does not have warning to wake you up and that tyou can put a sleeping function for the headband

I love my snoozeband. I can now get to sleep without having to have a fan on and be bundled up in my duvet because the white noise is taken care of with this. I fall asleep quickly and there's lots of sounds to choose from. My fave so far is the gentle rain. Recommend to everyone and I've even taken it to work to demonstrate it!
Absolutely brilliant device. The initial one arrived and the zip immediately jammed. I emailed snoozeband and a replacement was immediately sent out which was fantastic customer services. My daughter had been wearing big uncomfortable head phones to fall asleep in previously so these are perfect, much more confortable and the sound quality is amazing. Really great product wish I had bought one for her sooner!
I got this for 2 reasons - to help with Tinnitus and try to get more sleep as my Husband gets up at 4am and it not particularly quiet. It's extremely comfortable to wear - I'm a front / side sleeper. The sound quality is amazing. The one have folds up tiny so great for travel. Links to anything on your phone not just the sounds / meditations on the app - which are also great. Couldn't be happier.
I look forward to going to bed to wear this. It’s comfortable, lacks out all light and the inbuilt sounds are therapeutic. I haven’t downloaded the app yet. And haven’t used next to a snorer. Would recommend

Comfortable and don’t have any announcements which can disturb sleep which another cheaper brand has when it loses Bluetooth connection.

This was bought on a recommendation to help me relax and prepare for a good nights sleep. The headband is comfortable and so easy to link to your device,it’s an affordable piece of equipment and I can certainly recommend it. I think it also could also be used when out walking as it certainly can sit comfortably on your head but over your ears keeping you warm and still allow to listen to music podcasts etc. It get my vote and the sound is excellent 👌
I've had a Snoozeband for over 3 years now & I love it! That is why I have bought a new one, this one is in Soft Navy Blue.... It is a Christmas present for myself !
The band is comfortable to wear and each time I've used it , so far, it has enabled me to quiet my mind and drift off to sleep. The Pink Noise is a revelation! Seemingly nothing much but it works.
These are great - good quality sound, comfortable fit that is adjustable, easy to recharge. Love that I can now side sleep without having to remove headphones due to discomfort. Have found using them in day time too
