We ship all UK and International orders from our local warehouse in the south of England. US orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Alabama.

International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the UK and the US may attract customs duties and taxes specific to the country of final destination. Any applicable duties and taxes are payable by the customer. If you are in the EU and your order is UNDER 150 Euro you will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties.
Wrong Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct, including the door number, street name, and postcode. We do not hold liability for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order. A collection from the wrong address stated on the order has to be arranged by the customer as we are no longer in possession of the parcel.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Snoozeband™ is unfortunately not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost. Once your package is with the respected courier It is out of our hands. If the tracking information that they provide states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it then you will need to get in touch with the respective courier for more information. You can always email us to assist with your inquiries and we are always happy to help.
